"Stop it… stop…" I stiffen suddenly, realizing that I'm hearing the Card Master's voice. And I'm also hearing the gentle sway of the trees around me, further confirming that I am free form that memory. My eyes flutter open and the first thing I notice is that Jen is missing. I can't find my voice to try and call his name, nor the ability to move any amount. But I could hear the sound of something being dragged along the forest floor. "…J-Jen?" I manage to choke out. I shakily get to my feet, using a tree as support. I've lost all my strength somehow, even though I felt like I had gained a ton in that memory

My head begins to swim, and it requires great effort to move my body. My breath weighs a ton; I feel each intake of air heave and drag me closer to the floor. I close my eyes and rest my head on the forest floor. But when I think my head should make contact with the grass it falls through the earth, and my body plunges in after it. I rest my hand on the rough bark of the tree and look up. These trees are so massive that my head is hanging back in order to see the leaves.
